high Chair
You can easily clean your high chair with a soft and damp cloth. Use a little water and a mild cleanser. Wipe the chair with a dry cloth. The chair is now as good as new.
If your table is about 72 to 80 cm high, your chair will fit perfectly.
You can add our soft cushion to the high chair to make your little one even more comfortable. With the short legs, your high chair can be transformed into a play chair. A further accessory you could add is the tray.
You can easily transform the high chair into a completely new piece of furniture. You have to buy the short legs for this purpose. Replace the long legs with the short ones and you have a practical play chair.

General questions
We carefully select the materials used in the manufacturing of the products. Therefore, of course, we comply with all international standards and use only plastic alloys, wood, metal and fabric which are not harmful to children – or anyone else. The regulation is called REACH and is administrered by ECHA – European Chemicals Agency.
The metals we use are mainly steel and aluminium – both being recyclable.
The legs for both the High Chair, Play Chair and Booster Seat are made of European beech wood and the Booster Base plate is made of plywood. Both types of wood are FSC certified.
For the packaging we use non-coated corrugated cardboard which is the most recycle-friendly packaging. We have replaced 4-colour printing with only 1 colour to reduce the use of printing ink. In addition our cardboard packaging are robust enough for transportation from retailer to end-customer. This eliminates the need for additional packaging.
The warranty period for all Ziza products is two years.
The warranty applies to material defects, not to self-inflicted defects. To claim warranty service for a defect, please contact your retailer, where you have bought the product.
