How do I clean my High Chair?
You can easily clean the High Chair with a soft, damp cloth. It is best to use a little water and a mild dishwashing liquid. Then wipe briefly with a dry cloth and the chair is as good as new again.
What is the ideal table height for the chair?
If your table is approx. 72 to 80 cm high, it will fit perfectly.
Which products can be added to the High Chair ?
To make your little one even more comfortable, you can add our soft cushion to the High Chair. Additional accessories include a trayand short legs to transform the High Chair into a Play Chair into a play chair.
Can I also use High Chair for other purposes?
The High Chair can be converted into a completely new piece of furniture with little effort. You can buy the short legs for this. Replace the long legs with the short ones and you have a practical Play Chair .

How do I clean my chair or table?

From what age can I use the Play Chair and table?
The Play Chair and table can be used from the age of approx. 3 years. Yourchild should be able to stand and sit safely so that they can use the table and chair independently.
The chair looks so similar to the High Chair - can I convert the High Chair ?
Yes indeed! The seat of the Play Chair is the same as of the High Chair.
By simply replacing the long legs with short legs, the Play Chair can be easily converted.
Of course, the Play Chair can also be purchased separately.
Accessories
What is the best way to clean my pillow?
You can wash the cushion in the washing machine at 30 °C and leave to air dry. The cushion is not suitable for tumble drying.
How do I adjust the belt?
The harness can simply be clicked into the backrest of the High Chair. The length of the harness can be adjusted by simply sliding the fastening elements on the child.

How do I attach the tray to High Chair?
The tray can be easily pushed onto the bracket from the front. There is a "click" sound and the tray sits firmly on the High Chair. It cannot be clicked on from above! For further questions or details, please refer to the operating instructions.
How do I attach the Bouncer to the High Chair?
The Bouncer can be attached to the High Chair , but only if the mounting set has been attached to the bouncer in advance. You can find this here
First screw the assembly set to the back of the rocker and then click it lightly onto the bar of the highchair. You can find all further details in the operating instructions

How can I return my products?
If you don't like our products, you can return them to us free of charge within four weeks. Just send us an email to: [email protected] and we will send you a DHL returns label.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty period for all Ziza products is two years and applies to material defects, not to self-inflicted defects. To claim the warranty for a defect, please contact us by email at: [email protected] .
What materials are used for the products?
We select the materials used to manufacture our products very carefully. It is very important to us to operate as sustainably as possible and we therefore follow the "zero waste" principle.
In addition, we naturally comply with all international standards and only use plastic alloys, wood, metal and substances that are not harmful to children - or other people. The regulation is called REACH and is administered by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
The legs of the high chair, the play chair, the rocker and the booster seat are made of European beech wood and the base plate of the booster is made of blockboard.
We use uncoated corrugated cardboard for the packaging, which is the most environmentally friendly packaging. We have replaced 4-colour printing with 1-colour printing to reduce ink consumption. In addition, our cardboard packaging is robust enough for transportation. This eliminates the need for additional packaging.
